
It has been decided that due to the success of the Saturday morning sessions, they will be extended into the month of March, giving us a continuation up to the start of the track season. All sessions start at 11am sharp.

13th March - Race.. SSAA XC Championships... Irvine
Session 15 - 20th March 5- 10 of 2,3,2,3,2,3,2,3,2,3,2 mins Pollok Park

Session 16 - 27th March 5-10 x 2mins...... 2min recovery Overtoun Park
Meet club 10am , warm up run to park.
Once the winter sessions are concluded, training sessions will take place at the John Wright Sports Centre, East Kilbride, starting 3rd April at 11am.
